Highly recommend!

The recipe is as simple as this:

  • Find a bag of shisito peppers (I found these at Trader Joe's)
  • Skewer them on a kebab rod 
  • Sprinkle them with a little salt, pepper and olive oil (we used a oil infused with chili for extra 'zazz')
  • Lay the lined up skewer on a flaming hot grill and let 'em go until they start to darken and look toasty

Enjoy! (A note: While grilled shisitos are a mild snack for all tastes, every bag will have a couple of super hotties in them, so you may want to have a glass of milk on hand.)
